My Life Through the Eyes of a Toiler

Many times people just thing that everything in the world is just money or thing other stuff like pensive cars or big house and have big power in the society. But that i learned in this few days was that not everything in life is power or money. My family always teach me and told me that the most important thing in life is know who you are and what do you want to be in life. I know many students are thinking that why this girl is writing this but yesterday in i went to mass with my friend’s y el  “padresito”  talked about  how important is family and know where you come from. In that time i started to think that  my personality i wasn’t good because the most important for me was just get really good grades and have better life but i even thought in how important  is  in my life take time to dedicate to my family and also the most important is be honest . I do not know why but in this time i changed a lot my self and i almost lose my family and my friends just for my goals. so i think that in life the most important is  to know how you are and be hones and never for get  your values and costums . but now i know the importance to be hones and how important are friends and family.

There is practically no description to what people suffered in the hurricane katrina. The state of Louisiana was by far the most affected state in the United States. Not only did it affected the state but affected children and adults. There was a high percentage of lost homes. Luckly, many people survived but others were not lucky enough to survive. Aid was not given fast enough to people. Up to date, Louisiana is not fully established as it once was.

Kimberly Rivers Roberts was brave enough to film the event and lucky survive. She knew that she could have died at any moment but resist as a brave woman. Her personality was unique. Not only did she helped her family, but helped others. She was a person that truly cared about others. In the movie, there was a guy that was drunk and kimberly warned him to be careful because the hurricane was about to occur. Later she found out that he was dead. Ultimately, thanks to kimerly and his husband we had the privilage to observe what others went through. The date in which hurricane katrina occured will never be forgotten.
