$900 extra a year is postponed for further study in business and engineering
There is an article that says that UC”s are thinking in adding $900 a year for engineering and business. which of course in my opinion is unfair since if they ask for more money students that are thinking in getting those careers are going to be lacked of that dream. Many students want to go to college and many want to become engineers and businesspeople, and if they approve this proposal, they will have to pay more for their education. UC’s are wonderful, but if they put this proposal they are going to choose other universities instead of them.
Schools Have Money?
Good Memories!!
In this few days i passed many experiences that i want share with my partner about my group in my class of journalism .
Everything begin when Mr Carlson told the class that we have to do a group for work in the class. i was like mm i do not want to work in group because i do not like work in group because always are problems like that. but this time it was different all my partner are really good students and the most important is that we like to have fun in a good way. In this experience we met many different people and also i met the principle and now he is a good friend of all us and many people who we are meeting with this days. Finally we are really good friends I want to recommend this types of experiences to all my partner in my class because is really interesting met new friends and work with having fun.
thank you Mr Carlson for be part of this experience and for have this class.
Journalism class
Well , today I want to talk about how I am having fun with the journalism class. Yes ! I know , many will ask themselves why I am saying this, but believe me I have my reasons.
First of all, in this class I belong to a group that it is pretty cool. I have talked to more people that I did not know very well but now we are friends. I hope this group keeps going for the rest of the year. Really we are having fun. In the first interview, we discovered that we can work together and that there are people outside that are not bad at all. For example, we talked to the Principal and he has been a good friend since that day. Mr. Lupejkis is a pretty good singer and of course he likes to talk to students. We also talked to Carlos Valle, Ms. Carrillo, Cruz (TA) and other people. But the best part of all of this is that we are having fun outside school too.
I like this group! Thanks to this class I believe all of us are having fun!
So Thanks Mr. Carlson.!
Be optimistic never don’t give up!!
Sometimes students do not want to follow their dreams to be success in life. Sometimes adolescent do not understand or not look that life is not essay to get but that is not reason to give up. In my experience i almost give up to follow my dreams to be a Doctor and have a better life. I remember that many people told me said that i am not prepared to go to the University but i know i can do it. I know i can speak well english and also that i have bad grammar but i know that if i want something i can get it and i know that i will get my high school diploma. maybe many students will think why this girls is writing this but i am writing this short blog because i know many senior now do not want to try apply for college because they think they have bad grades or also because they do not have paper but i know always are a solutions and a way to get your goals. i am just want to let it know to every single senior that we can do it. one of my dreams is that all my friends and all the senior could graduate this year i hope could be like that. Finally i just want to say to all senior that we can do it . nothing is easy but not impossible .

INTERVIEW TO MICHAEL.
Hello… my name is Yesenia… I’m going to interview Michael. She is in 11th grade and she is part of SCGA and she is going to tell us about an experience of her as a student of Manual Arts… so what is your experience Michael in this school?
well, my experience that I think that is the most important was my first fight, actually it wasn’t my fight but I get involved to it, just because one of my classmate on P.E. hate to all of my friends and me.
-I felt a little bit scared just because it was my first fight with a girl, but the only thing that I thought was
to defend my friend, but there was a problem…how???
-What I did was to keep calm, but the same day this girl try to intimidate me, thing that makes me felt angry. When the to “fight” came, I was just waiting for her to make the first hit but she brought some of her friends and all of them went against to my friend, so they fight and I just try to defend her and after all my friend won…!!!!
-What I think about Manual Arts is that the same security body likes to see fights between the same students that they “protect”. And the way that I feel now reminiscing, is not like a good way because I think that this fight was a little infantile, I mean, this fight had no reason to do it. We aren’t animals.
Obama Speech
Everything in life have a cost and not for that people have to give up at harder situation and also not for that reason people have not to follow their dreams and goals. Obama in his speech talked about dreams and goals. He talk about optimistic and hard work. Obama in his job of president of our nations his is trying to help students that do not have the sufficient motivation for follow with their studies. In the article that i read about his speech i could say that he have the way how motivate adolescent that maybe did not want tobe in school anymore. in my point of view Mr Obama motivate me a lot to follow my dreams and my goals in life. for a little while i was thinking to drop out of school because i have a D in my chemistry class and also i thought that english it was not for me because this class with chemistry are the two most difficult classes that i have in which i have to work more on it. but when i read mr Obama speech i felt more sure about myself and now i know how important is go to a university and get an education. In addition, Mr Obama’s Speech was really interesting because i learned a lot from his life and now i know how hard was life and how many situations he passed for be where hi is now. so students i just can say one more thing don not give up and follow your goals because everything in this life it is possible just you have to believe and work so hard on it.
“A Silent Scream”
Do you believe that the fetus feels pain? Now exist an medical evidence published by AUL Studiesin Law & Medicine. On 30 January1984. U.S President Ronald Reagan in a speech to the participants of the convention of religious media in Washington,DC, spoke aboutmany things, but his comment drew the attention of the immediately press: “When the lives of unborn children are destroyed, they often feel pain, painthat is prolonged and desesperate”
how do we know that the fetus feels pain?
Before examining the evidence on the existence or absence of pain in the fetus, we can ask how we know who is truly in pain? In the context of real life, this question seems to have no impact. We know that pain exists because we have experienced. However, we know how someone is feeling pain? U sually, the person in pain is expressed. But there are people or beings who can not do this, then do not have a conceptual language. Such is the case of the unborn, infants and animals. So how can we know what they are experiencing when they experience pain? One thing we can do is watch how they react and try to discover the cause for which they act that way.
Children use a very effective tactic when something hurts them: crying. Anyone who is close to a child who complains can be heard crying his lament. Not all tires have the same vibration or sound, but even those who have been parents for the first time soon learn to differentiate the different intenções the complaints that come in the newborn. Was that a cry of pain, hunger or just looking for some attention?
Because newborns have much need for permanent protection, nature has given to the parents of a special perception to detect danger. These parental instincts are so sensitive to any damage you may suffer a child who usually mom and dad easily identify with their children. That’s why parents do not have difficulties in interpreting the message of tears. In a real sense, something intrinsic in them proper notice of his participión in the disturbing situation in which you will find your children.
As infants and animals, the unborn have no words to explain what happens. However, they have clear language that is hard to misinterpret. Their actions speak volumes to anyone willing to see them. But is not that precisely the problem? The womb is opaque and you can not see the child within. Well, that was the situation before, because modern technology has enriched the science of fetology with some wonderful research tools such as fiber optics, ultrasound, fetal EKG (electrocardiogram), the fetal EEG (electroencephalogram) and other sophisticated instruments research, giving very accurate observations and clear of the medium and fetal behavior. As one scientist: “Today we have a window to the womb.”
We no longer have to guess. In 1984 during the Convention of the National Pro-Life Committee in Kansas City, Missouri, USA, Dr. Bernard Nathanson, a former abortionist who now lectures for the right to life, showed an extraordinary film, a sonogram (ultrasound film) of a suction abortion. Lo que sigue es el relato de una de las delegadas, la Sra. Sandy Ressel:
What follows is the story of one of the delegates, Ms. Sandy Ressel:”The doctor said: ‘The little girl is ten weeks old and is very active.” We could see it in their play by moving, turning and sucking her thumb. We could see the normal pulse of 120 beats per minute. When the first instrument touched the uterine wall, she immediately retreated and his pulse increased significantly. The girl’s body had not been touched by any instrument, but she knew something was trying to invade his sanctuary.
“We saw with horror as, literally, mistreated and dismembered this little innocent human being. First the spine, then the leg, piece by piece, while the child had convulsions. He lived most of this tragic process, trying to avoid the making instrument shear. With my own eyes I saw him throw his head back and open his mouth in what Dr Nathanson called a ”silent scream”. “In some of these scenes, his pulse had reached over 200 per minute, as had fear. Finally, we witnessed the grim silhouette of forceps was looking for his head to smash it and remove it, because it was too big to pass through the suction tube. This process murderer took about 12 to 15 minutes. The abortionist who practiced this had been filmed by curiosity. When he saw the film left the clinic for abortions and never returned. ” Before this Medical evidence. Now what do you think about abortion? If you do ti?
“Whatever method is used, children are suffering the worst of bodily ills, the end of their lives. They’re going through the death agony. This experience itself is painful. All our knowledge of others’ pain is out of sympathy, because we do not feel the pain of others. That’s why the pain of others is as tolerable for us. But if we identify with the suffering, can we feel something of the intolerable.
